Cotopaxi vulcano in Ecuador has waken up. But one realise it is not only going to be there but also some other places. For time being is smaller movement a warningsign fro bigger to come. So new climate refugees are on the agenda. Not only the surounding ilands around Japan and Fukushima has to evacuate it's population.
